Our Family, Christmas, 2010
Jackie and Mom at age 83
I am hoping to find some volunteer work opportunities in our new community; I am learning Italian; I love to sew and am taking up quilting; I enjoy
reading mystery and intrigue novels and get way too many magazines; I now have my own kiln and will be taking a pottery class this winter so I can start throwing my own clay pots. Fred and I hope to continue traveling and Alaska is our next destination.

Moved to Cape Fair in July of 2010.
Travel: We were very fortunate to be able to travel around the US with the kids every summer in a Winnebago Motor Home
Both of our jobs took us from coast to coast for work so we got to see an amazing amount of this country
We have been to Mexico twice, a Caribbean cruise, twice to Italy (most recently for an entire month in the fall of 2009 which is why I missed our 45th reunion). I just had the most wonderful 3 weeks traveling with my daughter Michelle to London, Dublin and Paris in July. (Although I did some translations for the company while at Winnebago, it wasn’t until I went to Paris that I finally got to practice my “rusty” conversational French).
I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the 50th reunion.
